ZANDER’s Small Business Services is comprised of the following:Business Cyber for Small Business and Owner, Domain Monitoring for Small Business, URL Monitoring for Small Business, Full Service Identity Restoration for Small Business and Owner and ID Theft Protection for Owner. As used in this Agreement, an “Owner” means the owner of a sole proprietorship or the chief executive officer (or similar) executive officer, residing in the United States, of a corporation or such other legal entity who establishes login credentials for the Small Business Services.There may be only one (1) Owner of a small business Subscriber who may be eligible for coverage under the policy

Business Cyber for Small Business and Owner

Business Cyber uses a proprietary Internet surveillance technology to monitor the Dark Web for the trading and/or selling of specific business-related information.Business Cyber searches networks, chat rooms, thousands of websites and millions of data points worldwide for stolen identity credentials, finding small business data regardless of nationality or location.Once a match is found, ZANDER delivers an alert of the matched elements or identity string.The Business Cyber database is updated on a daily basis.

The maximum number of elements that can be monitored through Business Cyber per category, per Subscriber is fifty (50) elements (e.g., credit card numbers, email addresses, bank account numbers, etc.).

The Business Cyber service requires an initial baseline report, and monitoring can be configured by each individual data element.The following outlines the data elements available for monitoring:

  • Credit/Debit card numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Retail Credit Cards
  • Telephone numbers
  • Bank Account numbers
  • Driver’s License numbers
  • Social Security numbers
  • International Bank Account Number (IBAN)

Domain Monitoring for Small Business

This service searches the Dark Web for email addresses associated with the entered domain and provides notifications when compromised data is identified. The notification can include the date of exposure and the details of the data found.

URL Monitoring for Small Business

This service provides notifications when the entered URL has been mentioned and/or targeted in the Dark Web as having a vulnerability. When an exposure to a vulnerability has occurred, URL Monitoring provides a notification that can include, among other details, the date of exposure, the exposed URL, a description of the risk, and a description of the attack.

Full Service Identity Restoration for Small Business and Owner

ZANDER’s Full-Service Identity Restoration service provides the Owner with a certified identity theft restoration specialist to provide full-service identity restoration. Full-Service Identity Restoration Services includes:

  • A certified identity theft restoration specialist assigned to identity fraud victims to provide full-service identity restoration over the duration of the case
  • Use of a specialized limited power of attorney
  • Interactive dispute letters to creditors and government agencies
  • Interactive dispute letters to credit bureaus
  • Interactive identity theft affidavit

ID Theft Protection for Owner

Identity Theft Protection provides reimbursement for the Owner for certain ancillary expenses associated with restoring their identity should they become a victim of identity theft after such Subscriber is properly enrolled.The policy does not cover any accounts associated with the small business.The Company has been issued a policy that covers eligible expenses for up to $1,000,000 for the Owner with no deductible, from an A.M. Best “A-rated” carrier, subject to the terms, limits and/or exclusions of the policy.The policy issued to ZANDER will reimburse an Owner for certain reimbursable expenses in accordance with the policy’s terms. ZANDER is not an insurer and sole obligation is to obtain the policy described herein. Owners must make claims for reimbursement in accordance with the terms and condition of the policy, which claims procedure and other delivery requirements will be mutually agreed to by the parties and conducted in accordance with the terms of the policy and applicable state law and regulations.

Unauthorized Electronic Funds Transfer Stolen Funds Loss for Owner

Unauthorized Electronic Funds Transfer Stolen Funds Loss provides reimbursement for the Owner for certain reimbursements associated with Unauthorized Electronic Funds Transfer (as defined in the applicable policy issued to the Company) after such Subscriber is properly enrolled.The policy does not cover any accounts associated with the small business.The Company has been issued an identity theft policy, which covers eligible expenses for Unauthorized Electronic Funds Transfer Stolen Funds Loss for up to $1,000,000 for the Owner, with no deductible, from an A.M. Best “A-rated” carrier, subject to the terms, limits and/or exclusions of the policy.The identity theft policy issued to the Company will reimburse an Owner for certain expenses in accordance with the policy’s terms, limits and/or exclusions associated with an Unauthorized Electronic Funds Transfer Stolen Funds Loss. ZANDER is not an insurer and sole obligation is to obtain the policy described herein.Owners must make claims for reimbursement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy, which claims procedure and other delivery requirements will be mutually agreed to by the parties and conducted in accordance with the terms of the policy and applicable state law and regulations.
